**Field Based Professional Research Assistant** **Requisition Number:** 65356 **Location:** Boulder Colorado **Employment Type:** Research Faculty **Schedule:** Full Time **Posting Close Date:** 31-Jul-2025 **Date Posted:** **Job Summary** This posting is for a field-based researcher to conduct interviews in the Denver metropolitan area for a study involving dyads of youth (ages 11-18) and their caregiver(s). The purpose of the study is to gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided to juvenile justice populations. The structured interviews are designed to collect information on how attitudes, behaviors, and life circumstances change as youth advance through the stages of probation in order to help improve the probation services young people receive. Responsibilities for this position range from supporting to executing data collection; primary tasks involve contact management and interviewing study participants. This position will work closely with the Evaluation Coordinator in executing these tasks. Eligible candidates will have experience working on field-based social science research projects and hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant social science field. Ideal candidates will also have experience with juvenile justice populations and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Hours are flexible but will include some evenings and weekend appointments. Travel (Denver metro area) is required. The position could be filled as an hourly position or as part- or full-time employment (depending on candidates' interest/availability).
