Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in test program development. 3. Experience with advanced ATE platforms such as UltraFlex, UltraFlex Plus, or comparable systems (e.g., 93K SMT8) is a strong plus. 4. Have C# program development capabilities. 5. Ability to work both independently and in teams. 6. Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills. 7. Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a “can-do” mindset. 8. Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese. 9. Ability to work under pressure with high enthusiasm.
