They identify new applications, requirement modifications and enhancements to meet customer specifications and conduct on-site installation and service of product and are responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle for potential application of company products to meet customer needs, including identifying opportunities; determining solutions; creating demand; preparing detailed product specifications and technical marketing support; ensuring high quality and timely project execution and conducting follow-up technical support. They also approve operational quality of systems and equipment. **What your background should look like:** **_Responsibilities_** + Be the single point of contact for the customer to enhance technical communications between customer and Tyco Electronics engineering, product management and sales teams + Provide technical presentation, training and support to the customer 1. Understand their technology trend and future product requirement as a result of regulatory and standards evolution; 2. Provide _voice of customer_ for engineering team in developing new products; 3. Capture the opportunity in its earliest stage that a Tyco Electronics product can be designed in; 4.
