**Position:** Field Application Engineer **Job Description:** We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer to join Arrow company in Chengdu office. The main purpose of the position is to drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs in Chengdu and Chongqing. You need to understand customer needs and leverage Arrow's engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. You need to apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies. **What You'll Be Doing** + Dealing with demand creation: Connector/Power Module/Sensor/Transformer/TVS/ESD + Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. + Attend supplier training in person and via conference calls. + Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives. + Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers. + Organize engineering customer events. **What We Are Looking For** + Bachelor's or Master's degree or above, more than 3 years of hardware development experience. + Familiar with Connector/Power Module/Sensor/Transformer/TVS/ESD product, for example MOLEX/MURATA/LITTELFUSE etc.. + Preferred experience for Chengdu/Chongqing area customers **What’s In It For You** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
