Field Account Manager - Baltics
Field Account Manager, Baltics Location:  Warsaw (hybrid / minimum twice a week in the office) This role requires regular travel to meet clients in person across the Baltics region, supporting face-to-face relationship building and client engagement. About the Role: Our Warsaw office has grown rapidly—from a small team at launch to over 30 employees today—reflecting our expanding presence in CEE/CIS regions . We are seeking a motivated Field Account Manager who enjoys nurturing client relationships through regular face-to-face and online meetings . This role requires a proactive, empathetic person who balances excellent customer care with business focus and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: + Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams through effective networking and communication. + Demonstrate a genuine willingness to assist by resolving clients’ issues comprehensively, not just addressing immediate questions. + Monitor contract renewals proactively, ensuring timely follow-ups and preventing lapses. + Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities that benefit clients and the business. + Champion customer satisfaction as a primary objective , ensuring clients feel valued and supported. + Analyze internal data including product usage, billing, invoices, contracts, and overages to inform client conversations and problem-solving. + Manage escalations sensitively and professionally, handling difficult conversations and client concerns with tact. + Conduct regular face-to-face Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, discuss challenges and opportunities. + Approach clients through multiple channels — in person, phone calls, and video meetings — to maintain strong engagement. Experience / Qualifications: + Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian. + 3- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as the first point of contact for clients, managing a broad range of inquiries and issues. + Empathetic, kind, and nurturing attitude with strong human values, combined with a solid understanding of business objectives to maintain a healthy balance between client care and commercial priorities. + Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, with strong prioritization and time management skills to manage a varied workload. + Positive attitude and a fast, accurate work style. + Willingness to learn continuously and embrace new challenges in a changing environment, supported by comprehensive company-paid training programs.
