This role requires hands-on + Experience in SAP development, solution architecture, system integration, and project delivery management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage SAP technical teams across multiple projects and modules (ECC, S/4HANA, PI/PO, BTP, etc.). + Define and own the SAP technical architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies. + Drive end-to-end SAP implementations and manage full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and support. + Lead system integration between SAP and non-SAP applications (e.g., Blackline, Workday, Concur, ServiceNow, Vertex, etc.). + Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance SAP technical solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and VIM. + Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, business analysts, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions. + Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development, customization, and system upgrades/migrations. + Provide governance and quality assurance on SAP development and integration deliverables. + Evaluate emerging SAP technologies (SAP BTP, Fiori, CAP, RAP, SAP AI/ML) and lead POCs. + Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party development and support teams. + Ensure proper documentation, change control, and release management processes. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in SAP technical roles. + Expertise in ABAP development, SAP PI/PO or CPI, SAP Gateway, and integration frameworks. + Strong experience in system integration using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and web services. + Solid understanding of SAP architecture including S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and Cloud Connector. + Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades. + Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. + Deep knowledge of security, performance tuning, and system landscape optimization. + Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + SAP Certification(s) in Technical Architecture, Integration, or Development. + Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. + Knowledge of non-SAP systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Concur, or Salesforce is a plus. + Experience with AI/ML use cases in the SAP environment is advantageous. **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. **What FME Offers:** + Opportunity to lead transformational SAP programs + Collaborative and innovative working environment + Exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies and global project landscape + Competitive compensation and benefits
