Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with fibre optic installation, splicing, and testing. Proven track record in managing teams and projects within the telecoms environment. Technical certifications in fibre optics (e.g., FOA, CFOT) are advantageous. Proficient with OTDRs, fusion splicers, power meters, and related test tools. Confident interpreting fibre network designs and technical documentation. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (daily travel required). Computer literate and capable of working with field reporting systems.
