Responsibilities:
Operate and Maintain: You'll run and adjust a fiber draw tower, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Monitor and Troubleshoot: You'll monitor equipment and inspect product quality using laser micrometers and other tools. You'll also use your problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
Perform Preventative Maintenance: You'll perform cleaning, set-up, and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize downtime.
Work at Heights: You will spend brief periods-about 30 minutes during an 8-hour shift-in a self-contained basket at heights of up to 20 feet to monitor equipment.
Document and Report: You will accurately record daily production and maintenance activities.
Collaborate: You'll work closely with your team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a supportive work environment.
Ensure Safety: You'll strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Working hours: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM after 3 months of training.
Training hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
