Northeast Family Services is seeking In-Home Therapists for our new LGBTQ oriented Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team. This team will deliver CBHI services to the LGBTQ community in a culturally informed and competent way. The PRIDE In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services!
We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Compensation: Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
