Job Title: FF&E Planner Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Contract To Hire Contractor Work Model: Onsite CLINICAL FF&E CONSULTANT POSITION SUMMARY QUALIFICATIONS + Ability to understand architectural floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans as well as basic design and construction terminology. + Has a basic knowledge of medical equipment and its use in common clinical areas with confidence to lead discussions with clinicians. + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in the supply chain and procurement field. + Experience with MS Office and data programs with proven proficiency in Excel and PDF editing software (Bluebeam preferred ). + Experience with Revit and BIM Model planning + ‘Super use’ level experience with a medical equipment planning database (Attainia or similar), for both planning and procurement tasks. + Highly organized, works independently, is task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. + Strong attention to detail is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. + Availability to travel to jobsite to attend user group meetings.
