What You Will Do

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.

Support the Housekeeping Manager in executing operational requirements and supervising the team.

Inspect rooms and public areas regularly, ensuring standards are consistently met.

Train and guide housekeeping staff; act as a role model and promote teamwork.

Maintain organized and clean pantries, storage areas, and workspaces.

Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; assist with ordering and stock-taking.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns with professionalism.

Uphold hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards; ensure staff compliance as well.

Handle administrative tasks such as reports, staff scheduling, and coordination with other departments.

Ensure follow-up on maintenance issues in assigned areas.

Attend and participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions.

Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.

Handle "Do Not Disturb" rooms and safety protocols as per hotel policy.

Maintain good working relationships across departments and encourage a culture of service excellence.

Be flexible to carry out additional tasks or assist other departments as required.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.

Must have fluent level of English language both written and spoken.

Due to nature of the job, female candidates will be preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
