**What you'll bring to the team** **TRAITORS! WE’RE RECRUITING!** Ever fancied being part of the scariest and funniest journey through London’s darkest past as a Performance Trainer? Reporting into the Performance Supervisor, you’ll ensure the efficient operational and artistic running of the department, supporting the delivery of exceptionally high theatrical performance standards to help bring our terrifying tales to life. You’ll ensure the actors are trained in make-up techniques, costume presentation, prop use and get in to costume yourself. You will guide the cast while supporting the performance supervisory team in maintaining a memorable visitor experience. There's a variety of characters to sink your teeth into, one day you could be ridding the city streets of the plague and the next tearing out a traitor’s tongue for betraying the King. As Performance Trainer you will have the opportunity to direct new actors with all of London’s infamous characters and show learning as well as getting involved yourself. This is a permanent role and due to the 7-day nature of the business this would include weekends and bank holidays as required. **As part of this role, you will be required to portray female-presenting characters.
