**Description** **FEED MILL DISPATCHER** Responsibilities: + Schedule feed deliveries to company and contract farms using automated feed delivery program + Coordinate drivers and loaders + Communicate with pellet mill operator in ordering feed + Lead the department in the absence of the supervisor + Communicate with growers concerning feed requirements + Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: + Must be proficient in basic math skills + Microsoft Office experience + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must have strong organizational skills + Prior supervisory experience is a plus Education: High School Diploma/GED.
