Federal Work Study - Medical Staff Tracking Assistant

Job Summary:
Upstate Well and University Hospital Medical Staff Services are looking for a student to assist with a project tracking new members of the medical staff who have studied or worked at Upstate before. The student will be granted read-only access to basic demographic, education and career histories of people who are joining the medical staff, searching for those who attended school, did training or previously worked at Upstate. The relevant data will be entered into a database where it can be monitored and tracked over time. The ultimate goal is to encourage people who have experience with Upstate to remain here for their careers. Job will be done remotely and entail 5 hours per week, scheduled at the student’s discretion. Student will report to Director of Medical Staff Services.
Qualifications: Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheet applications, knowledge of Redcap a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.

$17/hour
