Kforce's client, located in the Sainot Louis, MO area is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Federal Tax Analyst to join their tax team. This client offers strong benefits, and 401(k) match. Duties: * Prepare U.S. federal income tax returns (Form 1120) for a consolidated group * Calculate and process quarterly estimated tax payments and annual extensions * Prepare U.S. income tax provisions in accordance with IAS 12 * Analyze uncertain tax positions and support internal SOX controls * Reconcile tax accounts and ensure general ledger accuracy * Support external audits and IRS inquiries * Conduct research on technical tax issues and new legislation * Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives * Collaborate with accounting, finance, legal, and external advisors
