The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Weekly Schedule: M-F
Weekly Hours: 20 weekly
Hourly Pay: $25.00
Duration: 40 weeks
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
1. Follow these steps -
a. Complete all Relias and Estaff Documents
Recruiter will let you know when to Schedule fingerprints with Federal Way - they need to call 253-945-2290 to ask for fingerprints AND badge. Federal Way fingerprints cost $65.
b. Your Recruiter will schedule you for In House Training - only for Unlicensed BT & CBT (every Monday, 9am-2pm)
i.If Unlicensed BT - must complete 15.5 hour training before attending IHT
ii.If Certified BT - must complete 40 hour training before attending IHT - no master teacher required
+ You CAN ONLY START IF YOU HAVE A BADGE
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
