Job Requirements
Should have sound knowledge in structural strength, fatigue, and vibration analysis with minimum of 15 years of working experience in CAEExpertise in FEA analysis and simulation and provide solutions for complex engineering problemsExpertise to perform / review structural analysis of Casting, Machining components, sheet metals, plastics and rubber components using suitable material modelsSupport strategic planning and deployment of additional CAE modelling processes to accelerate product developmentDevelop new Team, Sustain and grow a technically competent Team providing solutionsShould be able to clearly articulate the desired changes/enhancements and meshing techniquesSupport development of existing and new products working with CustomerHaving experience in Abaqus, ANSYS, MSC Nastran or similar CAE software is an added advantageExperience with some or all the following CAE analysis techniques is desirable: Static, Dynamics – Modal, Random, Harmonic, Transient, Buckling, Hyper elastic analysis, mechanisms analysis, stress analysis and design optimization of industrial partsShould have a good understanding of global design standards improvementExperience on handling Continual improvements / Productivity improvements working towards Cost savingsGood to have knowledge on castings, sheet metal parts manufacturing, machined parts manufacturing etc.Shall drive customer communication and project delivery and team management for QCD Certified in DMAIC / Lean Projects is preferred

B.E. Mechanical/ Industrial engineering/ Production/ Automobile with 15 years of relevant experienceExperience in working with Global teams in MNC type of set upAbility to work independently with internal Team, Customer and meet schedules, cost and quality requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood team player
