Job Requirements

Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 8 year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in Aero engine or turbomachinery domain.

Proficiency on FE tools like ANSYS (Classic) and Hyper mesh is must.

Good experience on writing the Analysis reports is must.

Experience in Linear, Non-linear analyses and debugging the convergence issues.

Knowledge of Elastic-plastic assessments, Low cycle fatigue and High cycle fatigue calculations.

Exposure to vibration analysis of the components, Goodman diagram, Campbell plot etc.

Knowledge in substantiations of MRB/Non-conformances/Concessions components.

Experience in APDL macros.

Knowledge on PYTHON, ANSYS, Workbench, UG-Required Skills (Technical Competency)
