**Description** SAIC is seeking Site Survey Leads to support the FAA Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO) Second Level Engineering organization. These positions are 100% remote when not traveling. Requires up to 30% travel within the United States. **Job Responsibilities may include:** + Communicating with stakeholders to develop FDIO FDTS installation requirements + Reading and modifying site drawings + Identifying hardware and software needs + Developing and presenting informational briefings to stakeholders + Developing detailed engineering reports **Qualifications** **Required Education & Experience:** + Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience. May accept additional experience or degrees + Knowledge of air traffic operations and procedures in the en route and terminal domains + Experience with cable paths and protocols (serial, Ethernet, Fiber) + Experience in integrating work efforts involving National Airspace System (NAS) decision support systems + Experience providing support and communications at operational field facilities during site surveys + Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language, including the ability to summarize discussions and action items + Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team + Excellent troubleshooting skills **Required Clearance:** + US Citizenship + Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
