Ensure inventory accuracy across remanufacturing suppliers meet the Ford FM corporate standards. Conduct 4-wall inventory audits at approximately 8-9 suppliers annually. Deliver supplier audits within budget working with 3rd party company. Support supplier scrap actions, address shipping issues, and master part concerns. Use the SAP inventory system daily to support suppliers receiving and shipping needs. Work with product teams on coreflow settings to support supply base. Attend supplier and product team meetings, understand backorder issues and help support supplier recovery actions. Run monthly operational metrics, work with suppliers to be successful. Improve reman business acumen across the supply base.
