The Vehicle Personalization Finance Manager positions is a critical leadership role within Ford's Customer Service Division (FCSD) finance team. This individual will employ their business acumen skills, controllership capabilities and leadership skills to help grow the accessories business.

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields7+ years of experience in finance leadership roles of increasing responsibilityExperience with data analytics software such as Alteryx a plusDemonstrated record of challenging the status quo to drive a strategic vision; ability to influence and anticipate challenges and chart a path forwardStrong people leadership skills, ability to provide clear and constructive feedback and has experience with proactively building a high-performing teamAbility to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments; recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to changes as neededStrong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and courage to do what’s right for the businessAbility to work 3+ days per week in Dearborn, Michigan office location

Lead FP&A activities for vehicle personalization including monthly close reporting, forecast consolidation, budgeting, and business planningLead the implementation of new business processes, driving consistency, simplicity, and optimization across our span of influenceDeliver results and growth through using revenue management principles, data and analytics, competitive benchmarking, and agile financial analysisAssess ongoing market dynamics to identify profit optimizing opportunities through volume allocation, pricing, inventory optimization, and/or mix changesLead key accounting activities to support critical workstreams, including:Monthly closeInternal control requirements, including compliance testingProvide analytical rigor and thought partnership to help drive key business decisionsOwn and lead ad hoc / whitespace strategic initiatives, developing business cases and aligning with leadership on actionsIdentify best practices, benchmark, and work with peers in other regions around the world
