**About The Role** :
In this coveted role, you will learn from the best in the industry how to value commercial real estate and assist companies in making informed real estate decisions. The Financial Consulting Group (FCG) provides financial underwriting and analytical services for the clients of the world’s largest commercial real estate services company.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Support a Corporate Account team of ~50 professionals from a financial and transaction analytic perspective. Help with financial analysis and opportunity identification for National and International Accounts.
+ Create financial models using a variety of decision-making metrics to assist clients in making real estate occupancy decisions. These metrics may include: pre-tax cash flows, after-tax cash flows, net present value analyses, US GAAP/profit and loss, stock buyback arbitrage analyses, and balance sheet.
+ Compile and present the results of analyses and effectively address questions. Analyses could include lease vs own, lease comparison, lease restructure, subleases, point-of-indifference, purchase, disposition, sale-leaseback, arbitrage and delivering opportunity spotting, and portfolio review/strategy.
+ Identify critical property-level financial issues and make recommendations.
+ Ability to gather and track critical financial data points for research and negotiation purposes.
+ Communicating directly with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers, and clients.

+ 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis role or Real Estate Finance.
+ The ability to train employees and manage time effectively in a collaborative, challenging environment.
+ Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for commercial real estate.
+ Knowledge of mathematical/financial concepts (e.g., DCF, IRR, NPV, etc.) combined with effective communication.
+ Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
