FBS Field Ops BO Specialist
The FBS Business Office Lead is in charge of managing and coordinating training resources, training and travel calendars, training rooms, tools, U300 dashboards, etc. for the Remote Team Support. **Major Responsabilities:** + Managing Sales & Ownership Coaching calendars and resources + Managing Training Calendars and Executive visits to GTBC + Liaison between US coaches, office hours, SMEs and RE&T and FBS + Internal Control Coordinator, GAO, MCRPs and Desk Procedures + FBS Sharepoint Coordinator + Reports, Dashboards, WEAR lead + U300 Scorecard + Fun Committee Lead **Experience and Backgroung Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business + Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) + Field dealer contact experience preferred + 2+ years of experience in Sales related jobs + Readiness for travelling to the US **Competencies and skills:** + Strong interpersonal / leadership / organizational skills and competencies + Strong verbal and written English proficiency + Experience in the Microsoft Office suite + Ability to interface with Management and Analyst roles both in Mexico and in USA + Able to work independently, and with ambiguity (learning on the fly) + Ability to work with accuracy under pressures of time and workload + Ability to manage deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities + Extraordinary teamwork, collaborative skills and demonstrated behaviors + Customer service mindset + Proactivity and time management + On site job **Requisition ID** : 43611
