Partner with our Automotive GoToMarket Academy central team to design and implement innovative, modern learning solutions that drive sales innovation and strategic growth globally. This role involves integration into HR processes and IT landscapes.

Fast Track eXpert Program – Dedicated to High Potential Talents

FTXP offers a fast track to your rapid development as an expert: accelerated growth in just 12 months, hands on experience with expert mentoring in different areas, 3 – 6 months of short-term assignment in Germany and career advancement.

Part of our Fast Track Expert Program, this role offers accelerated growth in Bosch's global sales excellence hub in Cluj dedicated to Sales Planning, Controlling, Pricing, and Business Continuity. Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & Innovation

You will partner with GoToMarketAcademy leaders, using your expertise to identify, conceptualize, and develop modern, impactful learning solutions.You will create engaging, state-of-the-art training programs, aligning them with strategic business objectives to drive capability development across the organization.

Digital Integration & Implementation

You will drive the integration of our learning offerings directly into core HR processes and specific IT systems.You will lead cross-functional collaborations for developing complex learning projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring widespread adoption.

QualificationsEducation: Degree in Business Psychology, Business Education, or related fields.Experience: 3+ years experience in HR processes & learning development is preferred, experience in international and cross-functional business environments.Knowledge: competence in learning solution development preferred; innovation mindset.Personality Traits: Cross-cultural communication & collaboration; strategic thinking; solution-oriented approach.Languages: Proficient business English required. German is an advantage.
