Fast Track eXpert Program – Dedicated to High Potential Talents

FTXP offers a fast track to your rapid development as an expert: accelerated growth in just 12 months, hands-on experience with expert mentoring in different areas, 3 – 6 months of short-term assignment in Germany, and career advancement.

Part of our Fast Track Expert Program, this role is integrated in Bosch's global sales excellence hub in Cluj, dedicated to Sales Planning, Controlling, Pricing, and Business Continuity. Check out more details about the program, roles, and steps of applications here: Fast Track Expert Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development

• You will drive negotiation excellence and transformation, serving as the central point of contact and expertise within the Central Negotiation community.

• You will support capability assessments and expert community development, gaining a deep understanding of our comprehensive training portfolio, content, and diverse target groups.

Training Excellence via our Internal Tool

• You will manage global training programs from planning to implementation. This includes identifying content, contracting training providers to ensure smooth delivery, advertising it to our targeted community, and evaluating feedback for continuous improvement.

• You will act as the interface to the Automotive GoToMarket Academy, ensuring integration and alignment of our negotiation training initiatives.

• You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the highest content quality and effectiveness, making every training a valuable investment.

Central Learning Program Development

• You will design and implement targeted learning formats, from dynamic quick sessions (like "Nego Snacks") to workshops (such as "Nego Camps"), while also covering related organizational and administrative topics.

• You will create engaging, high-quality content and ensure its delivery through a network of expert trainers.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience: Preferably 3+ years in negotiation & training excellence or similar international environment; proven track record in global training concept development and administrative setup.

• Knowledge: strong negotiation capacity with different internal or external stakeholders and providers; administrative skills with a keen attention to detail; process orientation; continuous improvement mindset.

• Personality Traits: excellent coordination and communication abilities to liaise with both leaders and subject matter experts; strategic thinking; stakeholder management, and results orientation.

• Languages: Proficient business English required. German is an advantage.
