The Sun has a mass-market audience and aims to appeal to a diverse audience in the UK and beyond. **Your Role:** We are seeking an exceptional Fashion Director to take a leadership role in the fashion division of our lifestyle brand. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial opportunities in the fashion sector while curating and managing digital fashion channels, including social media, and web content. You will also play a key part in styling fashion and magazine cover shoots, ensuring Fabulous maintains its reputation for innovation and quality. **Day to day you will:** + Develop and oversee engaging fashion content across digital channels, including social media platforms and the website. + Identify and execute commercial fashion opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with brands. + Mentor the existing team, helping them to grow their social followings and secure revenue + PR and Industry Networking - Leverage your extensive network of senior PR contacts to secure partnerships, and exclusive content opportunities. + Utilise your social media following to amplify the brand’s reach and engagement, establishing it as a leader in the digital fashion space. + Develop strategies to grow followers and subscribers across all platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and loyalty. **What we are looking for from you:** + Experience in a senior editorial role within the fashion or lifestyle sector. + Proven commercial experience, including managing partnerships and developing revenue-generating initiatives. + A substantial and engaged social media following, with evidence of influencing audiences and driving digital engagement. + Established black book of senior PR and industry contacts, with the ability to leverage relationships for the brand’s success. + Hands-on experience in styling and creative direction for shoots. + Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. + Strong editorial judgement with a deep understanding of fashion trends and audience preferences. + Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content for shoots. + Commercial acumen with a proven track record of monetising digital content and building revenue streams.
