FAS Pursuit Manager

Work You'll Do As a FAS Pursuit Manager on our team, you will: + Lead Complex Pursuits: Provide leadership and manage pursuits from pre-RFP through submission and production, ensuring a strategic approach. + Drive Proposal Development: Collaborate with account teams to create compliant and compelling proposal responses that meet client needs. + Guide Proposal Teams: Lead teams in evaluating solicitation requirements and managing a time-effective process for proposal development. + Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to develop clear, effective, and consistent content. + Strategize and Innovate: Brainstorm solutions, providing tactical advice to drive strategy and solutions, while bringing creativity to proposal framing. + Manage Team Dynamics: Oversee team members of various specialties and seniority levels to develop responses tailored to potential clients. + Adapt and Deliver: Handle multiple concurrent projects, adjusting to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines, including occasional evening/weekend hours. + Conduct Debriefs: Perform post-submission proposal debriefs to refine future strategies and improve processes and tools. Qualifications Required + 8+ years of experience managing complex pursuits, from pre-RFP through submission/production + 3+ years of experience leading Federal proposal opportunities in excess of $50M+, providing guidance to senior leadership and client teams + 1+ years of experience managing complex Assisted Acquisitions Services (e.g., FEDSIM, GSA Regional/APEX, etc.) pursuits, including orals development + Knowledge and understanding of Federal procurement (e.g., FAR and DFAR) + Experience working with account teams to execute pursuit methodology process, driving the development of compliant and compelling proposals + Provide oversight and guidance to pursuit team members + Develop and maintain proposal management artifacts + Bachelor's degree + Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.) + Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: + Advanced level of skills and specialties that offer high strategic value to top priority pursuits. + Editorial practice and standards + Training in formal industry-wide best practices capture/proposal methodologies + Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$191,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
