Minimum requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Farm Manager, preferably in large-scale pome fruit production Practical knowledge of fertilization, crop protection and irrigation practices Experience in labour audits and managing workforce compliance Efficient in basic Microsoft Excel, including data capturing and productivity tracking.
