Your responsibilities will include: + Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans + Provide direct therapy and supervision of RBTs or behavior technicians + Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed + Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings + Maintain timely, clear documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment summaries) + Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals **What You Bring** + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field + Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification + Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota + A genuine passion for working with children and families + Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
