What you'll do:

In the capacity of Family Solicitor based in Nottingham, you will:

Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across all facets of family law, including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and private children’s matters. Independently manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision whilst upholding the highest standards of client care at all times. Engage proactively in business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s standing and reputation within the local community. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various legal disciplines to deliver holistic solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and best practices within family law to ensure accurate and reliable guidance is provided. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court applications efficiently whilst adhering to stringent deadlines and regulatory requirements. Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings as necessary, representing clients with empathy and professionalism throughout each stage of their matter.
