Title: Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator Location: Dallas TX 75212 Duration: 3+ Months Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Duties: Overtime Staff and Temps would complete the following below. + Prepare FSS Grad files + Complete the Forensic Review for the Escrow Project + Verify and attach all homeownership documents + Enroll all new FSS participants once they have returned the Contract of Participation + Schedule monthly contacts for new and existing clients + Conduct monthly contacts + Complete FSS exits for clients who do not meet the FSS Obligation
