\nAs a Family Medicine Physician at our San Saba clinic, you will:
\n\nDeliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages.\nManage chronic and acute conditions, preventive care, and health education.\nWork alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who have been instrumental in delivering care to the community.\nServe a diverse patient population, including migrant and farm workers, families, and individuals with limited access to specialists.\nCoordinate care with regional specialists, with the nearest facilities being 1-2 hours away.\nEngage in community outreach and mentorship opportunities.\n\nThis position requires a physician who is passionate about rural medicine and dedicated to becoming an integral part of the community.

\n\nProvide full-spectrum family medicine services, from pediatrics to geriatrics.\nSupervise and collaborate with experienced NPs who manage a significant portion of patient care.\nNavigate rural healthcare challenges, including specialist access and transportation limitations.\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits

Qualifications
\n\nDoctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)\nLicensed to practice in Texas by the Texas Medical Board\nBoard-certified or actively pursuing certification in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS)\nSpanish-speaking skills preferred but not required\nStrong commitment to rural medicine and community engagement\n\n
