\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\nDeliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, addressing both acute and chronic medical conditions.
\n\n\nCollaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
\n\n\nMaintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and care plans.
\n\n\nSupervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), if appropriate.
