What They're Looking For:

2-5+ years of family law or domestic relations experience

Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Experience managing contested or high-conflict litigation

Self-motivated, proactive work style

Commitment to client communication and service

Compensation & Culture:

Six-figure base salary with performance-based bonus potential

1800 billable hour target
