Preferred Qualifications:

2-5+ years of hands-on family law/domestic relations experience

Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a self-directed and proactive approach

Experience managing cases independently, including high-conflict or complex litigation

Commitment to client service and clear communication

Compensation & Benefits:

Bonus potential based on performance

1800 billable hour target

On-site schedule: Monday through Friday
