The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with between 2-6 years' PQE to join their dynamic team and manage a complex caseload of high-net-worth matters. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a well-regarded and specialist practice. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering: · Divorce and separation, including financial remedy proceedings · Private children matters · Pre- and post-nuptial agreements · Cohabitation disputes and TOLATA applications You will be working closely with highly experienced partners and will have exposure to complex cross-jurisdictional matters, often involving substantial assets, trusts, and business interests.
