Job Description A client is seeking a Family Advocate to support youth and families with Case Management services in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Family Advocate will manage a caseload of 40-60 by conducting intakes of new youth/families, assisting with program enrollment, completing assessments, making referrals and connections to community resources, goal setting and follow up, and participating in program recruitment. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice or other human services related field. 2+ year of progressive case management experience. Experience supporting both youth and families Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources in the Indianapolis area.
