Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + Identifizieren und priorisieren Sie Chancen für das Produktportfolio Fall Protection bei Industriekunden, mit Fokus auf profitables Wachstum Ihrer Produktgruppen und den Aufbau eines starken Kundennetzwerks + Initiieren und verwalten Sie Projekte mit Generalisten und Anwendungstechnikern, um innovative Lösungen zu liefern und die Bemühungen des Fall Protection Teams in Arbeitsschutzprojekten, insbesondere im Bereich Absturzsicherung, zu verstärken. + Setzen Sie Produkteinführungen erfolgreich um und managen Sie die Projektbearbeitung zur Entwicklung kundenspezifischer und verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen sowie technischer Lösungen. + Bauen und pflegen Sie ein starkes Kundennetzwerk zur Unterstützung des Wachstums des Fall Protection Produktportfolios. + Betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung und/oder ein Master/Diplom im Bereich Vertrieb und Berufserfahrung im B2B-Markt. **Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen** Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: + Betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung und/oder ein Master/Diplom im Bereich Vertrieb vorweisen und Berufserfahrung im B2B-Markt. + Sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Kundenstrukturen und -prozesse und zeigen zudem im Arbeitsalltag eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft. + Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Kundenstrukturen und -prozesse. + Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Produkte zu verstehen und entsprechende Produktlösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln. Voraussetzung Führerschein Klasse B + Sehr gute Skills im Bereich Projektmanagement und ausgeprägte Teamplayerfähigkeit + Fließend in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse.
