Location: Berthoud, CO

What You'll Do:

Get hands-on experience designing concrete formwork (commercial, civil, precast, and tilt-up.Work with cutting-edge software 3D AutoCAD and Revit to prepare bids, layouts, and engineered profiles.Collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive team environment to ensure customers' needs are met and design solutions are offered.Develop your skills through paid, comprehensive training in Berthoud CO. Grow within the company, with opportunities for continued learning and advancement in the design and construction fields.Build strong relationships with retail clients, builders, framers, and developers to answer design questions and deliver top-tier service.Be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

Education in drafting, CAD, Revit/BIM, construction, or framing is highly preferred.Detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical skills – comfortable working with blueprints and calculating loads.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
