This role involves hands-on wafer level failure analysis to find a root cause of failures found during ATD development activities. **The main responsibilities include:** + Hands-on Operation of SEM and/or Dual-Beam FIB to have x-sectional analysis. + Running Ion Milling Tool to make a large area x-section. + Mechanical polishing/Delayering of wafer or package samples. + Chemical etching/handling with a proper PPE. + Assisting FA engineers with pre-handling FA samples. + Taking Optical Images of samples. **The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the following:** + Semiconductor Manufacturing/Process. + Electron Microscopy. + Metallurgical sample preparation. **Why TI?** + Engineer your future.
