What you’ll do:• Responsible for effectively supporting the sales activities in business growth and customer engagement to achieve the sales targets.
• Responsible for providing the professional technical response.
a. Responsible for professional service such as product inquiry, product technical support, and appropriate assistance for marketing activities
b. Arrange suited product or service training course by sales team’s demand
c. Diagnostics/troubleshooting of Eaton electrical, electronic, and UPS
e. Interdepartmental communication regarding complaint resolution and root cause analysis
f. Close cooperation with Interdepartmental of Eaton group to process all customer service issue and to identify customer complaints.
g. Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics or related.Minimum 5 years of related working experienceKnowledgeable in UPS products and applicationsMust be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers.Factory and field troubleshooting methods and equipmentElectrical installation methods, practices, and the National Electrical CodeFluent in English and Chinese requiredCustomer focusedGood communication skillResult-oriented with good problem-solving skills
