The Department of Behavioral and Community Health Sciences (BCHS) in the School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh (https://www.bchs.pitt.edu/) invites applications for a part-time Lecturer position for the 2025 fall term.

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and/or a related public health field. Prior classroom lecture experience at an institution of higher learning is preferred.

Duties:

Teach one section of BCHS 2660 HARM REDUCTION APPROACHES IN HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH SETTINGSMeet with students beyond the classroom as may be appropriate to their educational needsProvide regular feedback to students in the form of in-class desk critiques, reviews, and graded assignments.Candidates should submit a letter of application and a curriculum vitae.
