Factory Supply Chain Manager Requisition ID: 45412 Job Location(s): Kamnik, SI Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **The Impact You'll Make** At the **Plate Heat Exchanger business unit** , we design and manufacture high-performance brazed and gasketed plate heat exchangers, delivering efficient thermal solutions for HVAC, industrial, marine, and energy applications worldwide We are looking for an experienced **Factory Supply Chain Manager** to lead our team of enthusiastic colleagues in Kamnik, Slovenia.You will be responsible for providing alignment among inbound logistics, planning, SIOP and supply chain processes in the factory. You will secure implementation of best practices in the factory with the aim of ensuring a high delivery service to our customers with optimized stock turns and logistics costs You will drive activities to meet supply chain KPIs, but also drive implementation of new logistics processes along the supply chain. You will be reporting to Operations Director for the Heatexchanger Production in Kamnik, Slovenia **What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead the Factory Supply Chain department byDeveloping the team and securing the right competences + Areas of responsibilities will include Production Planning, Operational Purchasing, Customer Support and Overseeing the Fulfillment activities toward our main Distribution Center + Develop and Execute Supply chain strategies that support overall focus areas in Delivery Performance, Cost Efficiency and Cash Flow + Develop Planning Strategies for production and collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to algin production schedules + Optimize Inventory Levels to reduce carrying cost and avoid stock outs + Implement and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance (e.g. OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time) + Drive continuous improvement Initiatives on Supply Chain processes + Lead and mentor supply chain team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree or Master´s degree in Supply chain management, Logistics or Engineering or any related field + 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics and production planning ideally within manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role + Proven track record of leading supply chain department in a production setting with experience in demand planning, Inventory management and production planning + Strong experience with ERP systems, SAP experience is an advantage. + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Leadership and people management skills with ability to lead, inspire and develop teams + Fluent in English **What You'll Get from Us** + We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. + You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
