As an SEL Factory Representative, you will identify and develop new markets and customer segments for SEL products and solutions, leveraging innovative applications to expand the company’s reach and impact.

New Factory Representatives will be located in Pullman for the first year, with the expectation of moving to an SEL field office based on market opportunities and needs.

As a Factory Representative, a typical day might include the following:

Selling SEL products and services to customers by listening to customers’ needs, teaching about SEL products and solutions, and building relationships.

Developing sales leads through prospecting.

Understanding SEL product portfolios and gaining a strong understanding of product applications to solve customer issues.

Planning, organizing, and executing customer visits.

Maintaining customer relationships through regular support and follow-ups to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Communicating clearly, professionally, and positively both verbally and in writing.

Following and applying SEL values in serving customers.

You are willing to travel up to 80%

Pullman, WA- This position is based in Pullman, WA, for the first year. Following the first year, the location will transition to an SEL field office, determined by market opportunities and needs.

Pay Range Data

Factory Representative, $78,000 - $104,600. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
