Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant hands-on factory or production floor experience, especially in managerial roles that require technical understanding and staff supervision National Diploma or Degree in Production / Operations / Manufacturing Management Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of health & safety, quality control, and stock management Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
