WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· A talented professional with a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a technical field, and 3–5 years of experience in operations finance, production controlling, or process auditing

· Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, with a solid understanding of production processes and cost drivers

· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements

· Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and working with data systems

· Comfortable working cross-functionally with production teams and influencing stakeholders

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to challenge the status quo

· Proficient in English, both written and spoken

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

· Take ownership of key production site KPIs by ensuring accurate data sourcing, validation, and calculation in line with PMI standards

· Audit manufacturing processes to ensure all production stoppages are reported correctly and consistently

· Act as a guardian of data integrity across factory reporting systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies

· Work closely with Finance COE to cross-check KPIs calculation (SPOC for KPIs area)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and reporting accuracy, driving simplification and automation

· Lead or support implementation of improvement initiatives, applying project management skills to deliver sustainable change

· Challenge existing practices with a critical mindset and propose actionable enhancements to systems and processes

· Be a trusted partner to production leaders, helping them understand performance drivers and make informed decisions
