At Mars Petcare Australia, home of beloved brands like PEDIGREE, DINE, and WHISKAS, we’re looking for a Factory Activity Manager (Project Manager) to join our team.

In this role, you’ll lead factory, product, packaging, and innovation projects—ensuring they’re delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll collaborate across markets and functions, inspire project teams, and play a key role in bringing our innovations to life.

What You’ll Do

Manage the execution of factory project elements through the stage gate process.Keep projects on track with clear timelines, risk mitigation, and strong communication.Collaborate with Activity Managers across Australia and overseas.Engage and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.Capture and share learnings to continuously improve how we deliver projects.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor/Master’s in Project Management, Logistics, R&D, or similar.Experience in project management or logistics (FMCG a big plus).Strong planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.A passion for teamwork, collaboration, and making things happen.
