The role is about install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Develop an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Facility Testing Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

Being the key point of contact for digital project related to Facility and Maintenance ManagementGuaranteeing continuous improvement of Facility Testing Maintenance DepartmentDeveloping strategy and drives projects and initiatives to execute utilities cost reduction promoting projects related to energy efficiency and carbon reductionSupporting and extending utilization of digital solution for the continuous improvement of maintenance activities and rational use of utilitiesPromoting best maintenance practices for sharing with all Italian sitesBeing the key reference point for the maintenance activities of testing equipmentCoordinating external testing maintenance electrician, service providers and maintenance suppliers to anticipate failures solving issuesGuaranteeing compliance with regulations and HSEControlling maintenance costManaging P&E investments for new assets introduction, driving Site P&E plan on time, without carry over, aligned with EHS rules and compliance

To be successful in this role you will:
