The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities:  Performs routine facilities maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and other related assignments.Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipmentPerforms non-routine repairs to equipmentOversees the work of repair and maintenance vendorsUses tools and operate equipment needed to perform job functions; equipment includes power tools, forklifts, scissor lift, and floor scrubbersAssists with cleaning trucks, equipment, and groundsAssists with moving furniture and equipmentQualifications:Preferred 2 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in building and grounds maintenanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent21 years or olderValid driver's license for a minimum of 3 yearsSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
