Facility Security Officer (FSO)

Amentum is seeking a **Facility Security Officer (FSO) Senior** to support our **FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3)** contract.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages security operations and compliance for Task Order (TO) execution, overseeing all aspects of facility security, personnel vetting, and classified material handling.
+ Develops and implements security policies in alignment with Government regulations, contractual obligations, and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) standards.
+ Directs security clearance processing, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, and access control procedures to maintain operational integrity.
+ Leads security planning for Transition-In and Transition-Out activities, coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate the secure transfer of personnel, documentation, and systems.
+ Conducts facility risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies to enhance security postures.
+ Oversees compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other Government directives, managing security audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
+ Coordinates classified material control, secure facility accreditation, and personnel training programs to uphold security readiness.
+ Engages with Government security officials and contracting officers to address evolving security requirements and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
+ Develops and maintains incident response protocols, overseeing investigations and corrective actions related to security breaches.
+ Leads security integration efforts across multi-tenant environments, supporting project continuity while safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
**Requirements**
+ Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
+ 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
